Burnley-based drumming group Suco Samba was established in 2016 with the primary aim of helping to improve physical and mental wellbeing through drumming and performance.

Drumming for Wellbeing

Drumming can:

Workshops

Do you want to try something different as a team building exercise? Want to incorporate a drumming for wellbeing workshop at your event? Do you run a regular club and want your participants to try something new? Then contact us as we would love to get involved! We can provide workshops for anyone from the age of 8 with a maximum of 40 participants per workshop.

I am new to the group and have been coming for just for a few weeks. In the last 12 months I’ve had anxiety and whilst I feel miles better now, I felt I needed some different things in my life and do things I want to do. Also, to look after my own well-being, which is important. I was so nervous about going in but everyone made me feel welcome. Thank you everyone, I've really enjoyed it.
